Honeybook is a CRM (Customer Relation Management) software. It is all online and easy to access. When I started using Honeybook, it literally changed the way I do business.
Before I used it, I was sending galleries via Google Drive, Contracts via e-mail with no option to properly sign, and invoices through Square pay. You can imagine it was HARD to keep up with everything.

The calendar is wonderful because it can sink with your personal Google calendar so that you never double book yourself again.
The templates offer pre-made templates for E-mails, Contracts, Invoices, Questionnaires, etc. I use these tools and customized them and they make my workflow sooooooo much more organized and fast.
My projects tracker lets me know who, what, when, where, and why I am meeting with a client and what we are working on together. I would be completely 100% lost without this feature.
